Program of Heartland Works helping Older Kansans find & secure employment. To be eligible for services, you must be a US Citizen and 55+. This program offers four key services:
- Resume Building: helping create a resume focusing on unique skills and experience to help meet employer needs
- Job Searching: assistance with the job search and finding open positions for experienced workers
- Career Guidance helping you figure out your next move into a new career field
- Job Coaching/Training & Interview Assistance: assisting with interview questions and offering support throughout the interview process
