• Basement — 10-hour pass (or) $2 per day
• Level 1 — 2-hour free parking
• Level 2 — 2-hour free parking (or) 10-hr pass / $2 per day
• Level 3 — 10-hour pass (or) $2 per day
• Level 4 — free parking; top level has no roof
• Pay stations are located at each stairwell on Level 1
• Enforcement hours are Mon-Sat / 9:30 AM-6PM
• Park free on Sundays

Vermont Street

• (1) 15-minute spot in front for a quick visit
• (2) accessible parking spots
• (8) metered parking spots
• (2) bike racks — one located just south of the 15-minute meter; the other is near the garage entrance
• (1) bike fix-it station located near the garage entrance
• City Bus stops run the length of Vermont Street from the garage to 7th Street

7th Street

• (4) metered parking spots between Kentucky and Vermont Streets (south side)
• (1) bike rack located at the corner of 7th & Vermont Streets
• (1) Greyhound Bus stop between Kentucky & Vermont Streets

Kentucky Street

• (6) metered parking spots (east side)
• (2) bike racks — one is located under the southwest corner of the library near the mural; the other is located near the entrance of the parking garage
• (1) library loading zone parking spot located in the northwest corner of the driveway
