Bert Nash Homeless Outreach team provides services for houseless individuals, and can help individuals with obtaining ID's, birth certificates, or any other documentation that houseless folks typically need. Homeless outreach specialists can also assist individuals with housing searches and benefits acquisition, provide rental and deposit funding, emergency equipment access, application process assistance, and accessing treatment services (SUD, Detox, PCP, crisis care).
