WIC (Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children) is for pregnant and postpartum women, infants and children up to age 5 who meet income guidelines. WIC provides:
- personalized nutrition information and support
- electronic benefit transfer cards to buy healthy food
- breastfeeding support program
- referrals for services that can benefit the whole family
