Catholic Charities

Provides assistance, case management, & supportive housing services to low-income individuals, families, & homeless individuals who need food or assistance with basic utility payments, finding housing, clothing or medical prescriptions. Assistance specifically for eligible seniors includes Friendly Visitors, which pairs trained volunteers with homebound seniors, and the Commodity Supplemental Food Program

  • Catholic Charities also provides family stabilization assistance including case management services, financial education, housing and utility assistance, employment support, as well as pregnancy counseling and adoption
  • Case Manager appointments are scheduled on a weekly basis, so it's best to call Monday morning to schedule an appointment. Case Managers primary focus is on preventing homelessness, connecting clients with housing resources outside of Catholic Charities, and limited funds to help pay rent or utility costs to prevent homelessness.
  • We assist those who may be, or who are at risk for, experiencing homelessness, directing them to community partners who can provide transitional and rapid rehousing support.
