Howdy, wintry wonderful pals! I’m here with a quick announcement about storytime. With the holidays quickly approaching, we are going to be taking a break from hosting storytimes.
Storytime break will take place between December 19th and January 4th. We will return on January 5th, 2026 at 6:30 pm with Sing & Rhyme Storytime with everyone’s favorite music therapist Singing Sarah! Storytime break gives our storytellers a chance to prepare their next round of storytimes and to give our pals Morris the Monkey and Crafty the Cat a chance to go on their annual beach vacation!
In the meantime, we have some fantastic options if you’re still hankering for some storytime goodness. If you want a more hands-on option, check out our Storytime at Home kits!
You can also cuddle up with some Wonderbooks for an interactive experience!
These kits offer you five books, a list of songs, activities, AND a puppet. If you’re missing our storytellers themselves, we have a GIGANTIC playlist of recorded storytimes. If you want to come see us, please do! All our storytellers and staff will be here at LPL throughout the break on days that we are open. We’re always happy to help you find a new favorite read.
