Lawrence Public Library is seeking a full-time (32 hours/week) Equity & Inclusion Coordinator who is committed to fostering a workplace where every employee feels valued, supported, and empowered to grow. The Equity & Inclusion Coordinator reports to the Human Resources Manager and plays a key role in shaping an equitable, growth-oriented workplace. This position focuses on integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion into internal operations, employee development, and mentoring initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about fostering a culture of belonging, supporting career development, and creating meaningful internship and mentorship programs.
This role is 32 hours per week at a pay rate of $28.02 per hour and includes benefits such as paid time off, retirement, health insurance, and more.
