Need help accessing ebooks or audiobooks? Maybe you got a new smartphone, tablet, or laptop and need a little assistance getting started?

The library's Tech Staff are here to help. Just schedule an appointment for 60 minutes of tech help and we'll take you from frustrated to fabulous.

Things we help with

Accessing library eBooks, audiobooks and magazines on your device
Basic use of an iPad, Kindle, Android device or smartphone
Basic use of a computer, laptop or the internet
Setting up a Facebook, email or other account
Organizing files, photos and music

*Library staff are are not specialists in any one area and can only offer basic assistance. For in-depth assistance, we may refer you to an appropriate local business. We are not able to troubleshoot/repair malfunctioning or broken hardware or software.

Important need-to-know

We recommend that you bring your passwords and login information for ALL online accounts.
Library staff may not be able to assist with non-standard hardware or software.
Library staff are not able to troubleshoot/repair malfunctioning hardware or software.
One-on-ones are limited to two sessions per month with library card in good standing.
One-on-ones must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
