Positive Connections is Kansas' oldest HIV/AIDs service organization. Positive Connections is a community based organization that advocates for people living in Northeast Kansas and provides comprehensive services to individuals who are impacted by HIV/AIDS, sexually transmitted infections and Hepatitis C. Serves all of Northeast Kansas. Services provided, include:

- Prevention
