VolunTeen Applications Open

Calling all teen volunteers! Want to spend an hour or two each week in January, February, March, April, and May helping out the library?

The Lawrence Public Library relies heavily on VolunTeens to help us reshelve all the teen and children’s materials. Plus becoming a VolunTeen is a great way to show your love of your library and support of your community. It also looks great on future job or college applications. Volunteer hours count towards school requirements and National Honors Society too.

VolunTeens must be in 7-12th grade and able to commit to 1 or 2 hours per week to help with shelving. Applications are open until December 9, so apply soon!
