Eviction resolution services offered at the Douglas County District Court Self-Help office include:
- providing information about the eviction process for tenants and landlords
- providing referrals for legal advice or representation for tenants and small landlords
- referrals to mediation services
- connection to other community resources when needed
To get started, fill out an online intake form. The Self-Help Center also takes walk-ins for eviction-related services Monday-Thursday from 9am-4pm, and Friday from 8am-4pm. The Eviction Resolution Coordinator can be reached by call or text at 785-691-9488.
