About LPL Con
LPL Con offers opportunities to showcase the library's collections and engage the Lawrence community. It introduces visitors to our offerings — from graphic novels and gaming to movie and TV collections. Beyond attracting folks from all over northeast Kansas, it fosters connections and encourages participation in library programs, such as book clubs and online communities. Both libraries and Cons serve as conduits that connect people to art, storytelling, and each other. LPL Con complements the library's mission and vision by providing free, accessible spaces for creativity and learning.
