Free food pantry on the front porch 24/7.
We serve delicious homemade food every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month from 5-7pm. In order to keep our community safe, keeping precautions for COVID-19, we provide this meal in a picnic-style with outdoor seating. In addition, we also provide to-go containers as an option.
Meals are served from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at 1501 Learnard Ave. Lawrence, KS
We accommodate our community members who need meal deliveries and/or experience transportation barriers. If you are in need of delivery or a ride to Sunrise so you can picnic with us, please call or text us at 785-865-1618 and we will make arrangements for you!
Community garden open from dawn to dusk during spring, summer and fall. Come by and pick your own veggies, herbs and fruits.
