DCCCA provides social and community services with an emphasis on behavioral health, substance use disorder, and child welfare.
Services include:
- Family Preservation Services, case management and crisis stabilization for families in need of temporary support or connection to substance use treatment, truancy interventions, or support through a pregnancy
- Foster and adoption services, for prospective or current foster families and families interested in adoption
- Kansas Naloxone Program, free naloxone, test strips, and training/education on overdose prevention
- Mental Health First Aid trainings for members of the public as well as workplaces and organizations

Peer support services for substance use recovery
- These services include an initial phone screening, in-person meeting, and if appropriate, a referral to a detox facility, including free transportation to and from the facility.
- Residential treatment facilities, with on-site childcare for mothers or expectant mothers
- Safe Disposal, provides free drug disposal bags and lock bags
- Substance use disorder outpatient services for adults and adolescents
- Transitional housing for women in recovery and their children
