Cottonwood Industries Career Training Program

Cottonwood Industries is a production facility that hires individuals with medical or mental health disabilities. Their career training program provides job skills training, on-site accommodations, and wraparound support to set a foundation for success. Employees are provided benefits (medical, dental, vision, etc.,) and work in an environment that supports maintaining employment or gaining skills and moving on to other opportunities.

Documentation of a medical or mental health diagnosis is required for this job opportunity. The disability can be on the mental health spectrum (e.g., anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder) or it can be a physical/medial disability (e.g., back pains, diabetes, arthritis) or other diagnoses. Cottonwood staff can help in acquiring the necessary medical documentation needed to qualify for this job.  Accommodations are provided for applicants so they can maintain this job opportunity and keep any benefits they may receive (such as SSDI).
