Bert Nash's SOAR (SSI/SSDI, Outreach, Access & Recovery) Team assists current Bert Nash clients with accessing Social Security, Medicaid, or disability benefits. The SOAR Team may be able to expedite the disability application process for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and have a mental illness.
SOAR Team Services are only open to Bert Nash Clients.
