Artists Helping the Homeless provides support for people experiencing homelessness who are looking to gain permanent housing. Services include:
- connecting participants with transitional/supportive housing units
- discharge planning
- resource navigation
- one-time emergency services to connect individuals to transportation, food, or other critical needs
