A Compass Project was created to help current & prospective Heartland patients with KanCare-Medicaid eligibility assistance and education. They are not able to help with general insurance eligibility and enrollment, only KanCare our state's Medicaid program. They cannot help with Medicare either
- A Compass Project Staff are available to meet with prospective clients Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm in person or over the phone. You can either give them a call at 785-856-2631 to schedule an appointment or fill out a self-referral form on their website where they will follow up within 72 hours.
