Those who do not qualify for the Landlord Risk Reduction Fund can take advantage of an additional incentive program through the HSC
- Landlords may receive a one time lease-up bonus of $1000 for agreeing to reduce screening requirements for eligible applicants
- Applicants must be at or below 50% AMI to qualify
- Landlords may not move through eviction proceedings within the first 90 days of lease agreement unless given reason to HSC Manager or Landlord Liaison. If eviction proceedings occur within the first 90 days of the lease. The landlord must return the incentive in full to the HSC
- Case Management is NOT required for this incentive, but HSC will make monthly phone calls to tenant to ensure needs are being met
